I think tournament should be an actual gamemode available for only adamant players with 3000+ trophies. The amount of gems awarded should be 100 and 1 honor egg. It should consist of 20 players (levels 30-38, weapon efficiencies 27+ recommended)

27 efficiency would be too weak, weapons with at least 16 combat stars would probably be as balanced as it can get, good idea, though
