Yep. It is a portable tesla coil. I know what you're thinking "It's just a tesla generator wannabe". It's not. It is a weapon that shoots out small continous streams of lightning that automatically aim at multiple enemies near the user(but only in front or in the sides). It deals low damage but it can lessen an enemy's damage by 20% for 5 seconds. Here are it's stats:
