Nope, connections are good on my end.
Perhaps you have a large amount of memory consumed in your device? It's been known that a limited amount of space on devices is cause for lag. But as far as reconnects, it could just be your ISP (Internet Service Provider), or your connections are recovering from a massive download or are currently handling a massive download from somewhere in the house. Same could be said for uploading as well.
