can't join friends

Ok,it started about 3 weeks ago.It won't show my friends on my friend's list nor my clan list,So I can't join them.The only places where it shows my friends is on the friend's leader board and ' ADD MEMBERS' list.And also my mail won't work either,it's not showing anything I sent or received.I send emails about this to the company but haven't received anything back.Plz help!

i have been having the exact same thing ever since the friends systems were added. i saw some other people with it too, they said that the ffriends system was "broken" anyways, if anyone knows wut to do, plz tell us

Hi, Ruby! We've heard of this, and working on fixing it up. Tell us more - is this a permanent thing or friends just appear/disappear from time to time? Thanx for helping

Say, Rilisoft? How was your working on next update? If you had more much time, mind if you can fix the Coin? Because now it's really hard to get coins. And can you put an Options to put Time limit or kills limit? If you have much time for this forum to see this, mind if you can reply it? Thank you!
 
RiliSoft i took this screenshot today. I have the same bug. Look at the world leaderboard. It was reset in the last update but it will not refresh. These scores are the same all day everyday and never change. Connecting to multiplayer always works but refreshing the scores and adding friends won't??? I have 20+ friend requests. I ✔ them all but it says please wait and they don't ever get accepted. This means the requests are blocked and making a clan is blocked too because it just won't connect when i click create clan. It fustrates me when people ask in game "i sent u a request. did u add me yet" but my friend system will not refresh so i cannot see the new requests or accept them -.- pls fix

In the screenshot below i am level 19, Proof that this is the new update, but the scoreboard..... I should not be on top anymore. It was reset to 0 wins in the update yet its saying i have 5023 wins in friends scoreboard and 3026 in the global scoreboard. Sounds so crazy but its a fact. I don't even feel like playing on the update because my wins count for nothing anymore

Well,on Halloween I was checking my clan but it won't show my clan members on the clan list.I thought it was just a glitch in my kindle and would go away.But the next day it wouldn't show any of my friend's or clan members on friend's list nor the clan's list.And it's been like that ever since.It won't show my friends profiles and won't let me join them.So I think it's permanent thing sorta.
 
got same problem but i deleted the game to see if it will load my friends list again or not but now the glitch is permanent for me now.... i miss my friends ._.
 
I have same problem. My friends are on my friend list but I can't join them. And also my girlfriend wants me to play but I can't.
