The Cannibal's Cleaver is a melee weapon that is a cleaver(duh). The reason why it's called Cannibal's is that it can heal you after killing someone. It has a 40% chance to heal you 2 hearts, 30% to heal you 3 hearts, 20% to heal you 4 hearts and 10% to heal you 5. This is very useful for enemies that have weapons that drain your armor easily but also waste a lot of ammo(auto guns). Here are it's stats:
