Accept Friends Bug? [SOLVED]

I have been having this problem where I have friend requests yet I cannot except them. I press the green check button, but the requests stay in my inbox and they don't get added. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I had the same problem.Just restore a backup or rather just reboot your device.
It worked for me but I still have many difficulties in accepting requests.I have to like accept it 3 times and wait for a day.
